"You don’t get to choose how you’re going to die. Or when. You can only decide how you’re going to live. Now."  - Joan Chandos Báez (Joan Baez), singer, songwriter, musician

Dear Mujeres:

Last year was amazing and this year will be even better. So we bid farewell to 2011 and embrace 2012, a new year for new beginnings and living!

Please join us at our next meeting to vote, learn and mingle

Wednesday, January 11, 2011
6:30 – 8:39pm
1950 Alaskan Way, Seattle 98101

VOTE - Mujeres of the Northwest will begin 2012 with elections for our new board.

LEARN - We try to highlight our Mujeres and the issues we care about at our monthly meetings. This month Mujeres of the Northwest member Rita Wirkala will present her latest novel "El Encuentro", and will share her experience with the pros and cons of  the publishing  (editorial vs. self) process.

MINGLE - As always, healthy botanas (fruit, cheese) and refrescos (juice, wine) are provided.
(A suggested donation of $10 would be appreciated.)

Please RSVP for you and your guest(s) - http://newbegin.eventbrite.com

We hope to see you there and to begin 2012 with a big bang!
